This number is important for all of your Summit transactions. When you call The Summit, you'll need to provide this number. As a member, you'll have one account number regardless of the number of shares you may have with the credit union. The different types of shares are designated by "Share Suffix Numbers". Learn more about Summit Shares and Suffixes below. Each member also receives a Quik Tran Personal Identification Number (PIN) when they join The Summit. This is a 4-digit number that enables you to conveniently access your accounts online via Summit Online Access as well as by phone via the Quik Tran, 24-hour Teller-by-Phone Service. Please keep your member account number and Quik Tran PIN in a safe, secure location. Summit Shares and Suffixes A listing of common Summit shares and their corresponding share suffix number can be found below. For example, a statement of your "Share 8," would reflect the activity in your Summit Checking Savings account.

11 | Your Account Statement Your account activity statement is a snapshot of all the activity in your Summit accounts. Our statements have been recently enhanced and now clearly display your Relationship Level. If you have a Summit checking account, line of credit, or a VISA® account (specifically a VISA® account with a balance), your will receive your statement monthly. In addition, if you have any electronic funds activity in your account, you will receive a statement that month for the shares affected by that transaction. Your account activity statement will generally arrive to you in the 2nd week of the month. Statements for all savings, club, IRA, and certificate accounts are mailed quarterly. Making Deposits and Withdrawals Deposits may be made: It's easy to transfer your Direct Deposit to The Summit. Using Your Visa® Check Card How can I tell the difference between Surcharge-Free and Foreign Transactions? Surcharge Free means that you will not be charged a fee by the owner of any ATM in the Surcharge Free Network. As a Summit member, you have access to numerous locations. Visit the ATMs section of this site for details. A Foreign ATM Transaction is a transaction made at an ATM that is not owned by The Summit Federal Credit Union.
