Important! Upcoming maintenance on February 27th

We are excited to announce the launch of our new website this March. In preparation, we will perform brief maintenance to Online Access, Online Bill Payment and Mobile Banking, which will be unavailable on Tuesday, February 27th between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. E.S.T.

The first time you log into your account after the maintenance on February 27th, you will be prompted with instructions and asked to enter a one-time verification code, which you can receive by text or phone call. Your username and password, as well as your Online and Mobile experience, will remain the same as before. Please note that a few members may be prompted to create a new password of at least 8 characters (which can be a combination of letters, numbers or symbols).

We encourage you to review your Online Access phone number for accuracy, and if you choose, you may also update your password to a minimum of 8 characters prior to February 27th. Please log into your account at and select “My Settings” from the top navigation bar. You can review your phone number and change your password under “Login & Security.”

Great news! The Summit offers the ability to add text message and email real-time purchase alerts to your Visa® credit and debit cards!

Creating an account, adding a card, and setting up alerts on the Visa Purchase Alerts is easy! Set your cards up today to start receiving alerts and check out the great features. To get started visit:

You can also access the link by logging into Online Banking. Within the navigation bar under “Credit Cards” click the “Visa Credit/Debit Card Alerts” link and it will take you to the Visa Purchase Alerts.
