We currently have ten full-service branch locations throughout Western and Central New York, including: Brighton, Clarence, Delaware/Hertel, Greece, Henrietta, Hilton, Irondequoit, Kenton, Penfield, and Seneca Falls. Plus, we have a satellite branch on the premises of Excellus/ Blue Cross Blue Shield in Rochester, New York. (Please note: Access at the satellite branch is limited to employees only).

Coming April 2^nd, we will be adding 7 full-service branches throughout the Syracuse area, including: Cicero, Civic Center, Cortland, Erie Blvd, Federal Building, Genesee Street, and Liverpool.

Drive-up window service is available at the Clarence, Delaware/Hertel, Erie Blvd (April 2^nd), Genesee Street (April 2^nd), Greece, Henrietta, Irondequoit, Liverpool (April 2^nd), and Penfield locations during regular branch hours, unless otherwise specified.

Summit Online Access and Online Bill Payment: You can have 'round the clock access to your accounts right from your computer by clicking on Summit Online Access. Then, use our handy Online Bill Payment option to manage recurring or one-at-a-time payments - right from your home or office computer.

Quik Tran, 24 hour Teller-by-Phone Service: Quik Tran provides 24-hour account access right over the phone.

Credit Union Service Centers: You can conduct all of your credit union transactions at any participating Credit Union Service Center location locally, regionally, and nationally - all with no fees.

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs): Make withdrawals, transfers, and balance inquiries with your Summit VISA Check Card or ATM card at any Summit, SUM^SM, PLUS^®, or CO-OP Network^® ATM.
