We currently have nine full-service branch locations throughout Western and Central New York, including: Brighton, Clarence, Delaware/Hertel, Greece, Henrietta, Hilton, Irondequoit, Penfield, and Seneca Falls. Plus, we have two satellite branches on the premises of Excellus/ Blue Cross Blue Shield in Rochester and Univera Healthcare in Buffalo, New York. (Please note: Access at the satellite branches is limited to employees only).

Drive-up window service is available at the Clarence, Delaware/Hertel, Penfield, Greece, Henrietta, and Irondequoit locations during regular branch hours, unless otherwise specified.

We realize that your schedule and ours aren't always the same, so we've come up with a number of "self-service" options to make managing your finances easier and more convenient:

Summit Online Access and Online Bill Payment: You can have 'round the clock access to your accounts right from your computer by clicking on Summit Online Access. Then, use our handy Online Bill Payment option to manage recurring or one-at-a-time payments - right from your home or office computer.

Quik Tran, 24 hour Teller-by-Phone Service: Quik Tran provides 24-hour account access right over the phone.

Credit Union Service Centers: You can conduct all of your credit union transactions at any participating Credit Union Service Center location locally, regionally, and nationally - all with no fees.

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs): Make withdrawals, transfers, and balance inquiries with your Summit VISA Check Card or ATM card at any Summit, Wegmans Electronic Teller, SUM^SM, NYCE^®, PLUS^®, or any KeyBank^® or CO-OP Network^® ATM.
