Ordering a New Card
If you need to order a new Visa card, with a new card number, because yours was lost, stolen or compromised due to a security breach, or you need to remove a joint owner, there are a few items to remember:
- Make sure you stop any auto payments from the old card and move them to the new card number.
- You will need to change your card number within Online Access so you can now view your new card online. To do this, simply log in to Summit Online Access and click on the icon for Visa Access. Once there, select Online Services (across the top) and under My Profile, click on Remove Card to delete your old card number. Then click on Add New Card under My Profile to add your new Visa card number.
- If you have a Platinum Visa card, make sure you re-register on the CU Rewards website.
- If you are an existing card holder and order a new card to get a new design, a fee of $5.00 will be charged.
