With the discontinuation of many services in our everyday lives like our gym memberships and the cancellation of travel arrangements, we understand that members may have to dispute previously authorized purchases on their debit cards.

If you believe a charge to your account is incorrect or fraudulent, block your card immediately and take the following actions:

  1. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your purchase. Contact the merchant and attempt to resolve the dispute directly with them. Make sure to give the merchant adequate time to process your request before initiating the dispute process with The Summit.

    Dispute charges such as:
    • Duplicate charges
    • Product never received
    • Received incorrect product
    • Incorrect amount charged
    • Unauthorized charges
    • Lost card transactions
