Resuming In-Branch Access

Branch Access

Effective Monday, August 16: Summit employees will continue to wear masks as a safety precaution. Mask wearing will be optional at branches for fully vaccinated members. “Fully vaccinated” refers to people who, after receiving the vaccine, have reached either two weeks after the second dose of Pfizer/Moderna or two weeks after a single dose of Johnson and Johnson.

All branch locations continue to operate as full-service. Members can utilize walk-in teller services like deposits, withdrawals and loan payments, as well as sit with a Member Specialist at a desk. If you would like to sit with a Member Specialist, we recommend you request an appointment. This will help limit wait times due to social distancing and maximum capacity limitations. To help with social distancing, we encourage you to continue to take advantage of the expanded services that are offered through our drive-up teller, as well as our digital resources.
