March 25, 2020 at 3:30 pm: As the coronavirus situation unfolds, we know that you may need extra help. To make it easier for you, we now have an Emergency Personal Loan for members needing extra cash and a Visa Emergency Skip-A-Pay option for qualified credit cardholders.
- Our Emergency Personal Loan is available for amounts up to $1,000 with interest rates as low as 1.00% APR1. The first payment would not be due for 90 days. The loan would then require repayment in 6 monthly installments. Please call us at (585) 453-7030 or (800) 836-7328 extension 7030 so we can help.
- Making credit card payments may be a challenge right now. To provide relief, we now have a Visa Emergency Skip-A-Pay option2. Please call us at 800-654-7728 and ask to skip the current payment due. In addition, we have implemented an automatic Skip-A-Pay option for payments due in May. Members who qualify will see a $0 payment due on their statement.
With the discontinuation of many services in our everyday life like our gym memberships and the cancellation of travel arrangements, we understand that members may have to dispute previously authorized purchases on their debit cards. We recommend that you reach out to the merchant, vendor or travel provider first for resolution and to pursue a refund. If they can’t help, please give us a call at (585) 453-7030 or (800) 836-7328 extension 7030 and we will be happy to help you with next steps.
Summit members experiencing hardships related to the coronavirus are encouraged to contact us at (585) 453-7030 or (800) 836-7328 extension 7030.
