You’re invited to join us at our Annual Meeting as we review the progress over the past year. You will hear from our President & CEO, Laurie Baker, and Board Members who will discuss the credit union’s performance in 2025 and share plans for the credit union’s path forward. We will also recognize our scholarship winners.

Registration for the Annual meeting is open. You may join us in person or via Zoom.

If you registered for the Annual Meeting, please check your inbox the week and day of the meeting for details on how to attend.

Annual Meeting FAQs

If you are attending on Zoom, please join at least 5 minutes early to ensure volume and internet connection are clear. We suggest that members do not wait until May 21st to test your ability to connect to the Zoom platform.

If you are watching the live stream in person, please arrive at the Corporate Office at 100 Marina Drive 10 minutes prior to the 5:00 pm meeting start time.

Our Annual Meeting will be held virtually using a Zoom Virtual Meeting. If you would like to watch the live stream in person, please select that option when submitting your RSVP and join us at our Corporate Office at 100 Marina Drive, Rochester, NY.

Yes. Registration can be done until 5:00 pm on Sunday, May 17th. To ensure our virtual Annual Meeting provides the best experience for those attending, we ask that you register to receive direct links and information to access our secure Zoom Virtual Meeting. For the best experience, please use the Zoom app.

Please note: Your registration confirmation email will be sent on Monday, May 18th and will not come immediately after you submit your Annual Meeting registration. The Zoom webinar link will be sent on Thursday, May 21st

After you register for the Annual Meeting you will receive a registration confirmation email with additional information, including instructions on joining the meeting using a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, or Android device, or telephone (landline or cellphone). For the best experience, please use the Zoom app.

If more than one member in the household will be attending the Annual Meeting, please list the individuals in the designated spot on the registration form.

Zoom is a video communication platform that allows individuals to connect in a virtual space using audio and video capabilities.

You do not have to use a computer to participate in the Annual Meeting. Your registration confirmation will include instructions on joining the meeting using a PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android device. Using a computer, tablet, or smartphone with the Zoom software will allow you to see and hear the Annual Meeting. For the best experience, please use the Zoom app.

You can also join us at the Corporate Office at 100 Marina Drive to watch the live stream of the meeting.

There is no Zoom software purchase necessary to participate in the Annual Meeting and you do not need to create an account with Zoom to participate in the Annual Meeting. If you choose to participate in the Annual Meeting using your computer, tablet, or smartphone, you may be prompted to download the Zoom software to view the video feed from the Annual Meeting.

If you choose not to download the Zoom software, you can still participate in the Annual Meeting using the ‘For Telephone,’ directions provided when you receive your registration confirmation email. These instructions provide dial-in phone numbers that can be called from a landline or cellular device.
