We are aware of a Visa processing issue that resulted in some members experiencing duplicate transactions following debit card usage on April 12th and 13th. We are actively working with Visa to resolve this issue. Please note, there is no need to file a dispute or notify the credit union of the duplicate charge as Visa will be crediting the affected accounts within the next couple of days. With the Great North American Total Solar Eclipse fast approaching, we wanted to make sure that some of the young people in our community could view the event safely.
We were delighted to present the students, faculty, and staff of the Renaissance Academy Charter School of the Arts with NASA-approved eclipse viewing glasses so that all may view the eclipse safely on April 8th!
