We are aware of a Visa processing issue that resulted in some members experiencing duplicate transactions following debit card usage on April 12th and 13th. We are actively working with Visa to resolve this issue. Please note, there is no need to file a dispute or notify the credit union of the duplicate charge as Visa will be crediting the affected accounts within the next couple of days.
