The Summit Federal Credit Union and East High School are partnering to offer the “Locally Committed” Scholarship. $500 will be awarded to each of two graduating East High School seniors who have made an exceptional commitment to the school and Rochester community. Scholarship applications are available at The Summit’s Main/Winton branch at 2315 E. Main Street, Rochester. The deadline for applying is February 28th, 2020.
