The Summit Federal Credit Union has been named a recipient of Training magazine’s 2026 Training MVP Award. This marks the first time that the credit union has applied for and received the award, earning national recognition for excellence in training and development, and placing The Summit among the Top 91 global corporations and organizations honored for their commitment to building robust learning cultures.
Rankings for the 91 leading organizations that excel in employer-sponsored training and development were unveiled during a black-tie gala held on Monday evening, during the Training 2026 Conference & Expo in Orlando, FL. The Summit ranked 51st out of 91 award recipients chosen from 1,000 entries. The Summit was one of 18 new companies ranked in this year’s awards.
“Learning and development is, indeed, the field of dreams as L&D professionals help employees attain their career aspirations and organizations become all-stars in their industries,” notes Training Editor/Publisher Lorri Freifeld. “Our 2026 Training MVP Award winners are game-changers, training champions, and major league L&D bar raisers.
