Awards Based on Employee Feedback
The Summit Federal Credit Union has been named one of the Top Workplaces in the Financial Services Industry nationwide, as well as one of the Top Workplaces in Rochester.
The Summit also recently received notice that we have won a third award, the Top Workplaces Women-Led Culture Excellence award. This honor recognizes businesses led by women who believe in the power of putting people first.
The awards are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party anonymous survey, which measures an organization’s culture.
