The Summit Federal Credit Union Syracuse Wine and Chocolate Festival is coming soon! The festival will be held inside the horticultural building at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse on Saturday, November 24th. Two sessions will be offered: 1-4pm and 5-8pm.
