Membership eligibility required. Subject to credit approval. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Your APR will depend on your creditworthiness and will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate. APRs shown are as of September 1, 2026 and are subject to change at any time.

1. Our Cash Advance Fee is 2% of the cash advance amount and our Foreign Transaction Fee is 1% of the transaction amount in U.S. dollars.
2. Visa Signature accounts approved and issued will receive 10,000 bonus points statement credit upon spending $3,000 in purchase transactions within 90 days of account opening. Cash advances, credit card checks, and balance transfers do not qualify as purchase transactions. Each Signature Card account is eligible for 1 statement credit of 10,000 bonus points. Please allow 4 weeks to receive the statement credit.
3. Double points are awarded based on purchases processed in the travel merchant category. It does not include restaurant purchases. Merchant Category Codes are determined by the individual merchant.
4. Cash back and rewards points will be based on net purchases (sum of eligible purchase transactions minus returns and refunds) posted to your account at the close of each billing cycle. Cash back is redeemable in $25 increments deposited into your Summit account, or as a payment to your credit card.
5. Summit Visa Signature cardholders are responsible for the payment of any and all charges associated with any goods, services, reservations or bookings purchased or arranged by the Visa Signature Concierge on cardholders’ behalf. Any such purchases or arrangements are solely between the cardholder and the respective merchant, and Visa is not a party to the transaction. All goods and services subject to availability. 6. For The Summit Federal Credit Union’s Visa^® Secured Credit Card, the minimum line is $300 and the maximum line amount is $2,500. As of 12/01/25 the APR is a fixed rate of 14.45% APR and is subject to change at any time. Please see our Visa Rates & Terms for complete details on the terms and conditions of your Visa Secured Credit Card Account. All amounts on deposit in the Secured Account shall earn interest at a rate as a share account indicated in The Summit Federal Credit Union’s Rate and Fee Schedule.
