How do I access CashBack+?

On The Summit’s mobile app or within Online Access:
1) Sign in to Online Access
2) If on desktop, select “Get Started” under CashBack+ Offers. If on mobile, click “More” in the bottom right corner and then click “Account Management” in the top navigation for CashBack+ to show in the dropdown.

How do I earn cash back?

You can earn cash back rewards by buying digital gift cards to use when making purchases at brands – in-store or online.

Why do I receive a bonus when purchasing a digital gift card through CashBack+?

CashBack+ partners with brands to provide bonus value on your purchases, leading you to get more for your money.

Can I choose the account I want to purchase from?

Yes, you can determine which Summit Checking or Savings account funds are debited from within the CashBack+ marketplace.

How will I receive my gift card?

Gift cards are sent to the email address registered with your online banking profile. Occasionally our emails will find their way into a junk or spam folder or the promotions tab; please check there first. You can also redeem the digital gift card right in Online Access and the mobile app.

How do I access the gift cards that I’ve previously purchased?

You can access your previously purchased gift cards either through the email confirmation you received when you purchased or through your CashBack+ Wallet. The CashBack+ Wallet stores all of your previously purchased digital gift cards for safe storage and easy usage. You can access it from the Menu within CashBack+.

Can I cancel my transaction and return the funds to my Summit account?

Gift cards cannot be canceled or exchanged. All purchases are final.

If I need to return the merchandise I purchased, how will the funds be returned to me?

Returns and exchanges will follow each specific merchant’s policies for returns and exchanges. Usually, a replacement gift card will be issued in place of the CashBack+ digital gift card.

Who do I contact if I have issues with CashBack+?
