Bill Pay lets you pay and manage your bills from one simple-to-use place. You can even schedule your payments so you don’t miss due dates.

What You Will Need:

  • Summit Online Access username and password or with your account number follow the steps for initial Summit Online Access setup.

  1. Select “Pay Bills” tab at the top of the page and then select “Bill Pay”
  2. Enter the requested Sign Up information, accept the Terms and Conditions and select “Complete Sign Up”

  1. Click “Bill Pay” and then “Sign up for payments”
  2. Enter the requested Sign Up information, accept the Terms and Conditions and select “Complete Sign Up”

About eBill

  • An eBill is an electronic copy of your paper bill from stores, utilities, etc., that you can view anytime from within Online Bill Pay.
  • You will be notified when your eBill arrives and when it is due.
  • To identify if you are able to receive an eBill from a vendor, locate the payee in your payee list. If you see an “eBill Eligible” link to the right of the payee name on the Mobile app (underneath the payee name on a desktop), an eBill is available.
  • To sign up, select the eligible payee’s name. Scroll down to settings and click “Enroll”. You will need your username and password for the online account of the payee.

How do I add a Payee?

To add a new payee within Online Bill Pay:

  1. Click “Add Payee”
  2. In the search box type in your payee’s name.
  3. If the payee is recognized by Online Bill Pay, then select the appropriate payee from the list of common payees and enter the payee details. Payee details will include the Payee nickname, Account Number, Zip Code and Category.
  4. If the payee is not recognized by Online Bill Pay, then select “Manually add” to enter the payee details.  Payee details will include the Payee nickname, Phone Number, Email Address, Account Number, Address and Category.
  5. Select “Save.”

Note: Some payees may require additional information.

How do I make a payment?

To make a payment to an existing payee:

  1. Find the payee from your list of Payees.
  2. Select the “Account” to pay from.
  3. Enter the “Amount” to pay.
  4. Enter the “Send on” date.
  5. Click “Pay”
  6. Review the payment & click “Submit”
  7. “Close” the Review Payment window.

How do I view my payments details?

To view a scheduled payment:

  1. Find the payment in your “Payment Calendar”.
  2. Select the payment you wish to view.

How do I edit an already scheduled payment?

To edit a scheduled payment:

  1. Find the payment in your “Payment Calendar”.
  2. Select the payment you wish to edit.
  3. Click the pencil icon within the Payment Details window.
  4. Make the appropriate edits to your payment.
  5. Click “Review Payment”
  6. Review the changes to the payment & click “Confirm Payment”

How do I delete a scheduled payment?

To delete a scheduled payment:

  1. Find the payment in your “Payment Calendar”.
  2. Select the payment you wish to delete.
  3. Click the trash can icon within the Payment Details window.
  4. Confirm that you’d like to delete the payment and click “Delete Payment”

How can I personalize my Payees name?

Select “Manage”

Click “Payees”

Select the Payee that you’d like to edit.

Click on the pencil icon.

What is an eBill?

An eBill is a digital version of your paper bill, available from many stores, utilities, and service providers, that you can view anytime within Bill Pay. eBills make paying bills easier by automatically notifying you when a new bill arrives and when it’s due.

Is my Payee eligible for an eBill?

To identify if you can receive an eBill from a vendor, locate the payee in your payee list. If you see an “eBill Eligible” link to the right of the payee name on the Mobile app (underneath the payee name on a desktop), an eBill is available.

How do I set up eBills?

If eBills are eligible for one of your existing payees, eBill Eligible will show below the payee name.

  1. If it is eligible, click on the payee’s name.
  2. Under “Settings” & “eBills” select “Enroll”.
  3. In the Manage eBills window select your Billing Cycle and enter your Login ID, Password & Confirm Password for that payees online portal.
  4. Click “Save”
  1. Mobile Banking is a free service available only with a Summit FCU Account. Your mobile carrier’s text messaging and data charges may apply. The Bill Pay option is free to all Summit members. Bill payments will be deducted from your Summit account via electronic bill payment through the ACH (Automated Clearing House). If the vendor to whom you are making your payment does not accept payment electronically, checks will be mailed directly to them.
  2. Electronic payments may take 3-5 days to be received. Check payments may take up to 10 business days.
  3. If you opt to receive eBills, you will be required to review and approve all eBills prior to authorizing a payment. This is an important step to ensure that all billing is accurate.
